The VersaFit Tile Calculator converts your gym's total square footage into recommended tile quantities for all four Force USA VersaFit flooring systems.
Step 1: Measure the space
For a rectangular room, multiply the length by the width in feet. A 10 ft x 12 ft room is 120 sq ft. For an irregular room, divide the space into rectangles, calculate each area, and add them together.
If the room includes columns, angled walls, or areas that require several cuts, consider allowing extra material for trimming and layout changes.
Step 2: Enter the square footage
Enter the total square footage into the field labeled Square footage of your space, then select Calculate.
Step 3: Compare the results
The calculator displays the recommended purchasable quantity for each current VersaFit option:
- VersaFit Rubber Flooring Tiles
- VersaFit Gapless Rubber Floor Tiles
- VersaFit Gapless WoodGrain Flooring Tiles
- VersaFit LockGrip Pro Flooring Tiles
For the three 1 m x 1 m tile systems, the calculator rounds up to whole tiles. For LockGrip Pro, it rounds to available nine-tile and twelve-tile sets.
Example: a 100 sq ft gym
For a 100 sq ft (9.3 m²) space, the calculator recommends:
- 10 VersaFit Rubber Flooring Tiles
- 10 VersaFit Gapless Rubber Floor Tiles
- 10 VersaFit Gapless WoodGrain Flooring Tiles
- 27 VersaFit LockGrip Pro tiles, supplied as three nine-tile sets
Step 4: Choose your flooring
Each result includes a Shop link that takes you directly to the corresponding product page. Review the flooring's thickness, connection system, finish, and minimum order before purchasing.
The calculator estimates quantity from total area. It does not create a room layout or account for every cut, doorway, column, or equipment anchor. Double-check your measurements before ordering, especially for irregular spaces.
