VersaFit™ Gapless WoodGrain Floor Tiles give a home gym the warm, finished look of a training studio with the impact protection, traction, and durability of rubber flooring. You get WoodGrain style without sanding, sealing, or refinishing real wood.
Choose the finish that fits your space
- Elkhorn Hickory: A rich, darker grain that grounds the room and helps disguise chalk and everyday wear.
- Arctic Birch: A bright, open-grain finish that makes a gym feel lighter, cleaner, and more spacious.
Both finishes use the same dual-layer construction. The high-density WoodGrain top layer is built for wear resistance and easy cleaning. The recycled rubber base absorbs impact and helps reduce noise during lifting and conditioning work.
Built to stay together
Each tile includes four under-tile locking anchors. The anchors connect neighboring tiles beneath the surface, creating a uniform, gap-resistant floor without exposed puzzle edges. The system supports straight and staggered layouts, including a 50 percent offset brick pattern.

Why it works in a home gym
The large-format tiles cover more area with fewer seams, which makes installation faster and long-term maintenance easier. The slip-resistant surface supports secure footing, while the rubber base helps protect the subfloor and soften the sound of equipment and training.
VersaFit™ Gapless WoodGrain tiles are also made with low volatile organic compound content, which helps reduce rubber odor and off-gassing in enclosed training spaces.
Plan your floor
The minimum order is four tiles. Force USA recommends at least nine tiles, approximately 100 sq ft (9.3 m²), for a home gym foundation. Use the VersaFit Tile Calculator to estimate the correct quantity for your room.
Install the tiles over a clean, dry, level surface. Confirm that every anchor is fully engaged before placing heavy equipment or beginning training.
