The assembled C20 CORNERSTONE® Trainer measures 77 in wide x 66 in deep x 88 in high (196 cm x 168 cm x 224 cm). Measure the room, ceiling, access path, and training area before delivery.

C20 dimensions

• Exterior: 77 in wide x 66 in deep x 88 in high (196 cm x 168 cm x 224 cm)
• Interior: 43 in wide x 47 in deep x 81 in high (109 cm x 119 cm x 206 cm)
• With Sliding Bench extended: 77 in wide x 128 in deep x 88 in high (196 cm x 325 cm x 224 cm)
• Assembled product weight: approximately 1,290 lb (585 kg)

Ceiling clearance

The C20 itself is 88 in (224 cm) tall. For a full pull-up with your head clearing the handles, use a ceiling height of at least 97 in (246 cm). A lower ceiling can physically accommodate the machine, but it may limit pull-up range of motion.

Planning the training area

The listed dimensions are the machine footprint, not the total working area. Leave additional room for the Freestyle Pulley Arms, Spotter Arms, plate loading, barbell movement, and safe access around the frame. If you plan to use the Sliding Bench, reserve the full 128 in (325 cm) depth plus room to enter and exit safely.

Before delivery

• Confirm the floor can support the machine, user, and training load.
• Measure doors, hallways, stairs, and turns along the delivery path.
• Choose a level location before assembly.
• Follow the manual and local requirements for anchoring.
