The Force USA Sliding Bench connects to the C20 CORNERSTONE® Trainer cable system and adds five training stations: leg press, hack squat, leg curl, leg extension, and preacher curl. It is sold separately from the C20.
How resistance works
The bench uses resistance from the C20's integrated weight stacks, so cable-connected movements do not require weight plates. The cable connection keeps resistance smooth through the movement and lets you adjust the load from the C20 stacks.
Space requirements
The C20 measures 77 in wide x 66 in deep x 88 in high (196 cm x 168 cm x 224 cm). With the Sliding Bench extended, the combined setup measures approximately 77 in wide x 128 in deep x 88 in high (196 cm x 325 cm x 224 cm).
The Sliding Bench alone measures 27 in wide x 68.5 in long x 18 in high (68.6 cm x 174 cm x 45.7 cm) and weighs 167 lb (75.7 kg). It can be stored upright when it is not connected.
Setup notes
- Place the C20 and bench on a level, load-bearing surface.
- Lock the bench and footplate into the required positions before adding resistance.
- Route and connect cables exactly as shown in the manuals.
- Check pins, cables, and connection points before every session.
- Keep people and loose equipment clear of the bench's sliding path.
