You just purchased the sliding bench for your C10 All-in-One trainer!! Here is a quick guide on how to get the most out of the most unique workout bench you've ever seen!
Leg Press
Follow these steps to perform a leg press movement on the C10 Sliding Bench!
- Raise the seat pad to an upright position
- Roll the bench into place inside the machine
- Using the adjustable anchor points on the bench and the low row footplate on the C10, find a comfortable position.
- Slide the bench all the way forward and lock it into place
- Find the green marked cables. They should have a carabiner on one end and an open eye socket on the other end.
- Attach the eye socket to one cable at the base of the C10. Attach the carabiner end to the clip hole on the sliding bench sled. Repeat on the other side.
- The bench is now ready for Leg Press! Just unlock the pop pin on the sled, select your weight on the stacks, and get working out!
Hack Squat
Next up is hack squat!! Setting this up is very simple, following the steps for the Leg Press with the following changes:
- Leave the seat pad laying all the way flat
- find the attachable hack squat shoulder pads. If you look underneath the seat, there will be attachment holes that these should slot into easily.
- Attach the shoulder pads securely with the handles on the outside of the pads.
- You are now ready for Hack Squats!
Leg Extension/Curl
To set up your leg Extension/curl attachment, first find the long black cable that came with your bench! You will anchor the bench similarly to the first 2 attachments within the C10, however you will be threading this cable between the roller pulleys and connecting them to the cable hooks on the leg extension/curl attachment.
Once these have been attached, select your weight on the weight stacks, and you are ready to go! For a more comfortable use, you can also raise the backrest of the bench.
