Most Force USA orders are processed within approximately 24 hours. Delivery timing and the way your order arrives depend on its weight, destination, inventory status, and carrier.
Once your order ships, we will email the carrier name, contact information, and tracking number. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and can change because of inventory availability, weather, holidays, weekends, distance, and local carrier coverage.
How long does shipping take?
After processing, shipping typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 1 to 7 days, depending on your location.
Some lower-population or remote areas can take longer because the shipment may transfer to a local carrier before final delivery.
Will my order ship by parcel or freight?
The shipping method is based on the weight of each shipment:
- Items under 150 lb (68 kg): Shipped by UPS or FedEx and delivered to the front of your residence.
- Items over 150 lb (68 kg): Shipped on a pallet by an LTL freight carrier and delivered curbside at the end of your driveway.
LTL stands for less-than-truckload. It is the standard freight method for large equipment that is too heavy or oversized for parcel delivery.
What happens after my LTL freight order ships?
Your shipment confirmation email will include the freight carrier, tracking details, and carrier contact information.
Before delivery, the freight carrier will call to schedule an appointment. Make sure the phone number on your order is correct, monitor voicemail, and respond to the carrier so the delivery is not delayed.
LTL delivery is curbside. The driver cannot bring the equipment inside your home, move it up or down stairs, or assemble it. Plan how the pallet and cartons will move from the curb to the installation area before the delivery date. Arrange enough help and appropriate moving equipment for the shipment. Do not attempt to move heavy equipment alone.
Can an order arrive in more than one shipment?
A large order can include multiple cartons, pallets, or tracking numbers. Accessories and smaller items may also travel separately from the main equipment.
When you receive a shipping email:
- Review every tracking number listed.
- Check whether the carrier paperwork lists more than one pallet or carton.
- Compare the quantity on the bill of lading with the quantity delivered.
- Allow separately tracked items to complete their own transit before reporting them missing.
If only part of the order arrives and there is no separate tracking information for the remaining items, submit a support request.
How should I inspect an LTL delivery?
Inspect the shipment before signing the carrier's bill of lading. This protects you and gives Force USA the documentation needed to help with a freight claim.
Before signing:
- Count the pallets and cartons delivered.
- Compare that count with the bill of lading.
- Inspect the pallet, wrapping, crates, and cartons for tears, punctures, crushing, water exposure, broken bands, or other visible damage.
- Note any visible damage or incorrect quantity directly on the bill of lading before signing.
- Take clear photos of the full shipment, shipping labels, damaged packaging, visible product damage, and the completed bill of lading.
Keep the packaging and pallet until you have confirmed that the order is complete and undamaged.
If you discover damage after opening the shipment, stop unpacking or assembling the affected component, take photos, and contact Force USA as soon as possible. Product defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund. After 30 days, product issues are handled under the applicable warranty.
Do not refuse a delivery without first contacting Force USA when possible. An order refused without authorization may be subject to shipping and handling costs in both directions.
What should I do if tracking or delivery does not look right?
Tracking says delivered, but the order is not there
Check the carrier's tracking details and contact the carrier using the information in your shipment email. For LTL freight, confirm whether the status refers to a terminal transfer or final delivery. If the carrier cannot locate the shipment, contact Force USA.
The carrier has not called to schedule delivery
Use the carrier contact information in your shipment email and provide the tracking number. If you cannot reach the carrier or the shipment has stopped moving, submit a support request.
A pallet, carton, or item is missing
Check all tracking numbers and compare the delivered count with the bill of lading. If the missing item does not have separate tracking, submit a request with:
- Your Force USA order number
- The freight carrier and tracking number
- The number of pallets or cartons received
- The number shown on the bill of lading
- A description of the missing item
- Photos of the delivered shipment, labels, and bill of lading
The shipment is damaged
Note the damage on the bill of lading before signing, take photos, and submit a support request with the order number, carrier information, tracking number, and a description of the damage.
